All of our products are handmade or collected from antique shops, estates sales, and the like.

Returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Unless the item was damaged during shipping, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If an item is damaged we will pay for return shipping and offer a full refund for the product.
Payment
We accept payment via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still order from us using PayPal by simply following the instructions and using your credit or debit card information.

By using PayPal for payments we are able to offer exceptional customer security. PayPal automatically encrypts your information by using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol with an encryption key length of 128-bits.
Shipping
After payment is received please allow 3-5 days for orders within the United States and 7-10 days for international orders to be shipped. All orders are shipped using a USPS Priority Mail in a flat-rate box or envelope. If you need an item shipped quickly, please message us and we will let you know the additional costs for expedited shipping.
