However, I’m taking off one star for item quality because the keyboard wrist rest is not as long as my keyboard and I have the most basic standard size keyboard. Because of this, it is not as comfortable as it could be. When I use the number pad, my wrist is not on the wrist rest. Disappointed with that. But the lavender scent is nice.

Shipping
Please make sure to use your current / correct address for shipping, THERE will be a charge to reship an item to you if we were provided with the wrong address. If your item does get lost in the mail, we ask that you give us time to research the problem with the USPS, before further action.
We are happy to ship to any address you'd like. Delivery confirmation/ tracking is provided on all items. If a package is confirmed delivered to your address and then is handled by a 3rd party (ie: mail rooms, university mail rooms...) or is forwarded because of a change of address, we are not responsible beyond that point.

Do you offer bulk order discounts?
We do offer discounts for large/bulk orders on in stock inventory from our regular prices (does not include items already on sale or on clearance) - so just ask and we'll see what we can put together for you. Discounted orders will not have special packaging or print outs.

Custom and personalized orders
We do accept custom orders, please be aware that there might be an additional charge for this service if we have to special order fabrics or hardware. We DO NOT offer monogramming.

We create our orders first come - first served. We can OCCASIONALLY work in a rush order. PLEASE ask us BEFORE placing your order if we can accommodate your request. Mouse pads, wrist rests, and eye pillows ~ Spot cleaning recommended, do not machine wash. Do not soak any product with flaxseeds in water. Air dry.
Please use caution when wearing lanyards - please select the breakaway option if you feel that you may need this safety feature. We are not responsible for injuries while wearing these products.
For all our products - May contain small parts, please keep out of reach of animals, children or babies.
All of our products may come in contact with: neoprene, rubber, silicone, plastics, dried lavender, linen, dye, ink, cotton, rayon, wool, flax seeds, nuts, synthetic fibers, glue, fray and fabric protectors.
exchanges / nonapproved returns
Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges,
If an item is returned (nonapproved, refused, sent back to shipper. etc...) there will be a 25% restocking fee and retail shipping costs will be deducted (this applies to items that were shipped free also)
Please let us know if your item arrived damaged - all of our products are shipped with insurance. Photos will be required of the damaged product and the mailing box or envelope.
