Shop policies

Hello and thank you for your interest in my shop... Here are the things you should know before you place your order:

- PERSONNAL CHECK orders are only available to FRENCH CUSTOMERS.
- Please read the SHOP POLICIES concerning payment!
- Everybody has a right to change one's mind... However, if you buy one of my items and then change your mind PLEASE CONVO ME RIGHT AWAY so that I can relist the item. If you buy and just "disappear" without paying or answering my emails, I will report you to the Etsy team.

I accept Paypal payments. Payment must be made within two days of the transaction. I will send you an email 24h after you buy something from my shop to remind you, and if I have no answer to this I will have to cancel the transaction after 48h. Changing your mind is not a problem, but just "disappearing" without letting the seller know or answering to his/her mails is a lack of education and decency. "Disappearing" customers, know that you will no longer be welcomed in my shop and that I will cancel your future orders if you don't pay on checkout.

Sorry about that, but I've had too many NPB already...

Please note that the personnal check payment is ONLY FOR FRENCH CUSTOMERS.
I ship via regular french mail, as soon as I receive your payement. The shipping costs for EUROPE and SWITZERLAND are the same as the ones listed for France. Convo me and I'll send you a new invoice matching this if you are European.

IF YOU REQUIRE TRACKING OR INSURANCE, just convo me and I'll ship your item this way, but you may have to pay extra charges.

I give great care to the packaging of your order, but if for any reason you find your order damaged by the trip, convo me and we'll try to find a solution.

If you live outside of Europe, you may have to pay custom taxes on your order. Customs are at the charge of the buyer.
Refunds and Exchanges
I'm sorry, but I don't do exchanges. If your item gets lost on its way to you, please convo me and we'll try to find a solution (either I make you a new one if I have enough of the right material or we find a replacement).
