The buyer failed to mention that she was fully refunded, prior to receiving the order. Once I realized I was unable to fulfill the order in the promised time frame I refunded the order (several days after it should have shipped). It was late and I acknowledged that. I issued the refund and decided to still send the order in good faith. Unfortunately I made a mistake and misspelled the name. I only wish the buyer acknowledged the refund.

Buyer opened a case 3 days ago, which was 9 days after purchase. Listing clearly states ships with in 2-3 weeks. I am highly offended that someone would write such a nasty review without giving the seller the stated time to send the order. Today is 2 weeks from the date of purchase. I really wish ETSY would protect their sellers and not allow buyers to rant and attempt to ruin sellers reputations.
