LaBelleDame has been designing and selling unique jewelry for 13years, both in retail stores and in our web stores. Kimberly's soulful jewelry designs can be seen on well over 100,000 wonderful customers - and growing, worldwide. As well as selling to individual customers, Kimberly's designs have been commissioned by organizations from the Humane Society of the United States to The University of California's School of Midwifery.

Each of our items are lovingly wrapped in an organza jewelry bag with a story card explaining the symbolism of all the elements of each piece (if applicable). We will gladly also include a hand-written gift card with your order.

All of the designs you find at our shop are LaBelleDame originals, handcrafted in our Prince Edward Island studio by designer Kimberly McIntyre.

Order Fulfillment

All items are custom made by hand to your specifications, by the artist. Current order fulfillment times are 4-7 business days. We try our utmost best to make sure that all packages are shipped within this time frame. We know how important each piece is to your individual healing journey, and it is important to us to get it there as quickly as possible.

This time may vary slightly depending on current order load, and unforeseen events. We are a small family business, with each piece being individually handcrafted by Kimberly to your specifications - so we certainly appreciate your compassionate understanding that sometimes situations such as the flu or illness can occur, and high volume times such as Christmas and Mother's Day may increase wait times.

Please feel free to contact us at any time to check the status of your order. If you need your order by a specific special date, please let us know, and we will try our best to ensure that it arrives in time.

Gift Orders
We offer separate shipping options in our shopping cart. Should you wish to purchase a gift for someone and have it shipped directly to them, enter your address in the section for Billing Address and the address for the receiver of your gift in the Shipping Address.

All orders come packaged in a free organza jewelry bag, ready for gift giving. We will also include a brief note, at absolutely no extra charge. We strive to make gift giving easy as a click of the mouse!


We accept Paypal, VISA, or Mastercard. Please convo for directions if you wish to use a credit card.


PLEASE NOTE: Shipping times do not include order fulfillment time. All of our items are hand made to order. Current fulfillment times are approximately 4-7 business days.

IMPORTANT: If your parcel is time dependant please tell us the date you need your order by, before you place your order, so that we can help you select the shipping method that will guarantee its arrival by the date that you need it.

FedEx United States - 4-9 business days - tracking, insurance $12.00

United States Airmail - 9-14 business days - NO tracking - insured $8.00

FedEx Express - 2 business days - tracking, insurance $21.37

Canada - 5-9 business days - tracking, insurance $10.00

International Small Packet Airmail 9-14 business days - NO tracking - insured $10.00

Refunds and Exchanges

We will not accept exchanges on personalised, engraved, or custom made orders.

We accept exchanges on all other merchandise within 30 days of your receiving your order. Items for exchange must be in the original packaging, and must be in new condition. Shipping your merchandise for exchange to us is at your own expense.

We accept returns within 30 days of your receiving your goods. Articles must be in new condition.

We will not accept returns on pieces that have been engraved, custom made, or personalised.

Shipping and Handling costs are non-refundable. Returns over $100 will be charged a 10 % restocking fee. If you wish to exchange your purchase for another item or store credit, please contact us for directions.

When returning your package please include a copy of your invoice or a note with your name, address, and order number.

All returns and exchanges must be sent via the postal service. All courier packages will be refused. All returns and exchanges must be clearly marked as RETURN OF MERCHANDISE or a flat fee of $8.00 US will apply to cover customs fees.

If you desire to return a purchase for a refund, please notify us by telephone or e-mail before sending it back. This will avoid any confusion.

Should items be returned without authorisation or in an unacceptable condition, the buyer will have the option of having them shipped back at their expense. Contacting us ahead of time will avoid any of these miscommunications.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All jewelry is guaranteed for workmanship for three months from time of purchase. During this time, we will gladly repair your items free of charge if our workmanship is at fault. If your jewelry breaks due to mishandling (gets caught and broken, drops on floor, etc.) during this time, we will repair your item for you for free, and ask that you cover shipping costs.

Due to the fragile nature of chains, we do not cover chains in our guarantee, but would be glad to repair your chain for you or replace it at a discounted price. Please contact us and fully describe the problem and we will reply with a quote and instructions.
