I started by chance, back in December 2014. Looking at a tutorial on how to make a Totoro to give to my sister as a gift and I became passionate about this craft. From that moment I am dedicated and passionate about making soft and colorful felt projects . Enjoy :-)

Shipping costs
All my creations are shipped by COURIER.The cost of shipping starts from € 6.90 and varies according to the weight and size of the envelope or box.This allows me to give a tracking and greater security on the shipment.Everything is wrapped, packaged with the utmost care.Standard shipping default method.International shipping also available.

All my creations are customizable on the size, colors, applications or according to your tastes I will do my best to satisfy you.Contact me for any information.
Maintenance
Pannolenci is a very delicate fabric and can be kept clean by using a fabric brush. I recommend this especially for those creations in which hot glue is also used for applications that cannot be sewn.For creations without glued parts, I still recommend avoiding washing, always cleaning with the brush. If it is necessary, dry clean or by hand with warm water, together with a neutral detergent without rubbing or wringing the fabric. Still damp, stretch it to give it back its shape and let it dry flat on a towel.
Packaging and gift box
Each creation is inserted in a transparent sachet with applied on the card of my shop.This allows, in addition to storing the product, also a small and simple gift box suitable for everyone.Items are shipped in padded envelopes or in boxes (depending on the quantity of the order) well packed.
