All of my designs remain mine as I retain copyright for the collage images and designs I have created. If you choose to use my designs or concepts in construction and detail of journal pages as inspiration, please say so in your description. Any detail that you may derive from my design, please give me credit. My "She Journals" are, in particular, my own creation and I will consider legal action should someone use my concept and create a close derivative.

To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering.
I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.

Shipping
We ship via the US Post Office. We only ship on Monday - Friday, primarily on Thursdays. All of my shipping costs are based on first class mail and packaging materials. We do ship internationally, but can't guarantee swift delivery unless you want to request express services, which are quite costly. I will always be happy to provide the customs number. Please consider when ordering internationally, that sometimes items are delayed in customs and this seems to be an erratic and unpredictable happenstance. If you think you want an item quickly, please convo me and I will prepare a reserve with the extra shipping costs. Thank you.

Regarding VAT TAXES for international buyers: The fines for trying to side step VAT taxes are hefty. I will fill out the customs forms according to the law. If you feel that you do not want to pay the VAT tax of your country, you may want to reconsider ordering.

I create fashion art journals and collages gifts tags from antique ephemera which I collect or license. I love 19th century literature and fashions and so I try to design items that combine them both. In addition to Jane Austen, the Brontes are a favorite as is the medieval period. I originally designed what I imagined to be Jane Austen's Journal and it grew into handmade Victorian Journals, Paris Art Journals and gift tags. My artwork is constructed mainly in the evenings and weekends. I pride myself on the high quality of my products. All of my tags are made with heavy, high quality creamy paper with a durable double thickness.
