Can I personalize a mug/resin creation with my own design?
If you own the design, no worries. However, no licensed design printing will be made. For a fully personalized order, please send an email to info@lachcreative.com.
Are the materials used for your mugs and resin creations safe and durable?
Yes, our ceramic mugs comply with CE standards and the sublimation inks are Oeko-Tex certified. The epoxy resin used is bisphenol A-free and anti-UV treated.
How can I ensure that my custom product design will be exactly how I want it?
For mug customizations, you will receive a preview within 48 hours of your order.
How to place a custom order?
For each item, a frame is reserved for personalization. Please indicate your personalization message and select the type of pattern (Side A only = without personalization; Side A & B = with your personalized message). For fully personalized mugs, please send via Etsy messaging
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or the product is not what I ordered?
It is recommended to immediately report any problem to the carrier and to La Cha Créative via Etsy messaging
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
Modifications are possible within 24 hours following validation of the order.
Do you offer gift wrapping options?
We do not offer specific packaging, but generally speaking, creations are packaged nicely.
How can I track my order?
All orders are made with tracking by Bpost or Mondial Relay. You will receive tracking links by email from the carriers.
