How do I clean my piece?
You can use water and soap to clean any of our ceramic pieces.
What kind of animal is this? Can it be a [fox/wolf/rat/armadillo/bat/_______]?
We designed the urn or other ceramic piece to represent a xolo. Many times our clients see other animals or creatures in the “xolo” but we think it’s perfectly fine for you to finish the narrative of the piece.
How are the urns sealed?
The head of your xolo urn comes with a cork that fits snuggly into the body. Keepsake urns are not traditionally sealed, but if you wish to permanently seal your urn we recommend using your favorite epoxy.
Do you make custom urns?
We produce in small batches and put a lot of time into each design and color scheme. If you have a special glaze in mind feel free to contact us. We are a small operation and are limited in the number of custom orders we can fulfill.
Will I get the item in the picture?
Each one of our items is handcrafted and unique. We produce in small batches, meaning we only produce a couple of items of each design. For urns, there will be slight variations but your urn will resemble the stock photo very closely. For all other items, the item you receive will be the one in the picture.
Do you do rush shipping?
Yes, please contact us to confirm. We are usually ready to ship within 1 business day.
