We create bridal headpieces and adornments with love and dedication using fine materials, pearls, Swarovski rhinestones and delicate lace.

Made to Order pieces may take up to 3-7 weeks to complete and turnaround times are not guaranteed unless you get in touch prior to purchase and discuss with us. Please make sure you inquire about our turnaround times before placing an order.

If you live outside of the United States, please bear in mind that creating and shipping your piece might take a few weeks. It's highly recommended to get detailed information at your local customs office because we cannot guarantee exactly how long it will take for your piece to be delivered to you. We kindly ask you to remember that we will do our best to send your piece to you as soon as we complete your order, and we count on your understanding and cooperation.

Each country's customs may vary which will lead to delays, so please order your piece a few months in advance!

{N.B.} Please keep in mind that our handmade items can vary from piece to piece.
We always do our best to recreate our headpieces and all other items the way they are depicted in our photographs, but due to the nature of our business, we need you to be understanding and keep in mind that unique materials or embellishments in some styles may be substituted for similar materials when needed.

Our ready to ship items will be shipped out 3-4 business days after purchasing.

DOMESTIC ORDERS: We use USPS Priority shipping to ship our pieces. As a rule, it may take up 3-4 business days to ship within the Unites States of America. We will also provide you with USPS tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International orders will be shipped out using USPS Priority International shipping, and it normally takes on approximately 10-15 business days to arrive to your location. Online tracking and delivery confirmation will be included.

We gladly accept custom orders which will be based on our original designs. However, please do remember that custom orders may not be returned/refunded because we design and create them upon specific requirement of each customer. Please contact us immediately if your custom piece gets damaged while being shipped.

All custom orders are not exchangeable, and are final sales.

Custom orders may take from 6-8 weeks to complete. Please order your custom piece in advance! Due to a high volume of orders, restrictions may apply. Email us prior to making an order.

Shipping
As you may know shipping rates varie throughout the world. However, we always do our best to ship at the cheapest rate possible.

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS priority mail (2-3 business day delivery) with deliver confirmation tracking number.

All international orders will be sent out via USPS First Class mail without a tracking number. These orders can take from 2-4 weeks on average depending on the country's customs (please remember it may result in delays. Please do bear that information in mind when placing an order).

ATTENTION: International buyers: We do not ship our pieces and mark them as a gift. We are not responsible for import fees and taxes.

Refunds and Exchanges
We want to make your dreams come true, so we create each piece with love and care, however due to the nature of our headpieces, everything listed in our store is non-refundable.

Rush order fees are welcome and are non-refundable.

Please note we cannot be held responsible for any damages, losses, and not delivered pieces. If your piece arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to resolve the issue with our local post office.
