Shipping
All orders are sent with a tracking number.
All items are packed carefully in individual gift boxes.
Coronavirus delays apply. It might take more that 6 weeks for parcels to arrive outside of Europe.
Your order will be ready to ship in 3-7 business days after payment.
In some countries buyers have to pay extra taxes to receive items. I am not responsible for these taxes.
If for some reason your package is returned to me because it was unclaimed or I was given the wrong address, I can either re-send the package (for an additional shipping fee) or give you a refund (minus shipping fees).
I am not responsible for packages lost by the post office.

I require 50% payment upfront on custom orders paid via Paypal. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. There are no returns on custom orders.
After we agree on the final design and colors I will make a blank listing for you, worth 50% of the total price. Once this is payed I will start working on your order, and when is finished I will make one more listing with the products photos and the other 50% of the price.
