MY LOCATION
I am located in the US, in central Connecticut. All my items are priced in US dollars; I'll convert prices into international currency as needed using the Universal Currency Converter. I am happy to ship internationally, but please do contact me via convo and/or email before finalizing your purchase, especially if you are purchasing more than one item (I can combine shipping costs for you).

CUSTOM ORDERS
I’d love to talk with you about a custom order, so please don’t be shy about contacting me if you have a great idea you want to work out with me. Whether it’s a slight variation on an existing piece or something totally unique, I am more than happy to discuss what I can make for you! You can now use the "Request Custom Item" feature on the main shop page to contact me, too.

Returns and exchanges
All sales are final, so please note that I cannot accept returns “just because” or due to buyer’s remorse. However, I do want you to be wildly happy with your purchase, so please contact me within 48 hours of receipt if your item has suffered any kind of shipping damage, or in the unlikely event that it is otherwise broken or defective. I take great pride in my workmanship and strive to send out items ready for real world use (but not abuse). Should your item needs repair after regular use, I will fix it for you for free within the first two months after your purchase; all you have to do is pay for send/return shipping.

Any concerns about anything, before, during or after your purchase, please contact me and I promise I’ll take care of you!
Payment
I accept secure payments via PayPal. You can pay using a credit card through PayPal, *without* having to have your own PayPal account. Please pay within 72 hours of purchase, or contact me if you need extra time to complete the transaction.

Shipping
I ship domestic orders via insured USPS 1st Class and will ship international orders Global 1st Class Mail (or other service by request if you’d like to pay for extra quick service). If you are ordering more than one item, please contact me for combined shipping. All items are shipped within 48 business hours upon receipt of cleared payment.

International rates shown on each item listing (not including Canada) are *ESTIMATES* and I will work with you to get the best possible rate, so please don't let that deter you. Convo or email me with any questions!

For my semi-precious & sterling jewelry, please note that I have listed most items as sets, and the prices shown already reflect the built-in set discount. However, set components are also available for sale separately and you can find the individual prices listed in the item descriptions. For multiples on sets, a bonus of free US shipping (discounted international) is included, too!

Here’s how the sets are priced, which include the built-in discounts as noted:
Necklace/earring set: $3 discount; 3 or more sets get *free* US ship (discount int’l)
Bracelet/earring set: $5 discount, 2 or more sets get *free* US ship (discount int’l)
Bracelet/earring/necklace set: $9 discount, 2 or more sets get *free* US ship (discount int’l)

Here’s how the multiples discount works:
2+ necklaces: $1 discount off each, 2 or more get *free* US ship (discount int’l)
