Payment
I accept PayPal and cashiers checks. If payment for an item is not received within 7 days of purchase, the item will be re-listed and you will lose all rights on that item. If for some reason you hit purchase and have a change of heart, no worries, just let me know.
Shipping
All items ship by US First Class Mail. Insurance is recommended and is optional (not included). There will be a small fee for adding insurance to an item. Please convo me prior to check out so I can add Insurance to your item. I ship 6 days a week, so you can be sure that your item will usually ship within 24 hours of payment.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns: If you receive your item and feel that I have really missed the mark in the description, I will work with you to ensure that we reach an acceptable agreement. I will accept returns minus the shipping costs both ways. I take pride in making sure I accurately describe any flaws that I can find and take nice close pictures for your inspection. You must notify me within 3 days of receiving your item if you are not happy. If I do not hear from you within three days, I will assume you are happy as a clam with your new digs and are just too busy twirling around in delight to get back to me.

Broken Items: Fragile items will be sent in appropriate boxes, with bubble wrap, paper and air cushions as needed. Delicate items will be in boxes marked as Fragile to ensure hand sorting at the Post Office. If your item is broken in transit, please contact me within 3 days so I can process a refund, That is right, I will refund your money if your item is broken upon receipt. You will need to send me a photo as proof, once I get the picture, I will refund your money. Easy peasy.
