Returns and exchange details
IF YOUR ITEM IS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT: please contact us ASAP with photographic evidence (in cases of damage). In case of loss, please allow at least 3 weeks for UK delivery and 6 weeks for international delivery before assuming an item is lost, many times they will turn up within this period. After that period please contact us - we will happily offer a full refund after a postal investigation.
