Welcome

All animals deserve respect. Our modern world wastes so much and often undervalues animal life. My jewelry is my way of celebrating the beauty and the lives of these animals.

All jewelry and art I create utilizes found bones: this consists of finding these remains in nature caused by natural death, or death by another animal. I am often given remains from friends, family, and others who are either hunters, hikers, or just happen to find a deceased animal on their property.

Shipping

UNITED STATES BUYERS:

I ship First Class USPS for all my shipping.
After purchase, I will ship out your package the next business day ONLY . (M-F)

(If you make a purchase on a Friday, I will not be able to ship it out until the following Monday)

All Packages should arrive within 5-7 business days.


INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

I ship First Class USPS for all my shipping.
After purchase, I will ship out your package the next business day ONLY . (M-F)

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND International Mail takes 1 to 2 weeks to arrive and sometimes even longer depending on your local Customs Office's policies, sometimes up to 30 business days. Please understand that these types of delays are out of my control, and does not mean that I did not ship your item quickly.
Keep in mind that Customs prices can vary. I have NO control over the charges or delays. It is NOT my responsibility.

Refunds and Exchanges

UNITED STATE BUYERS:

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
are ONLY accepted within 5 days of receiving an item and ONLY accepted if the item you receive is DAMAGED or the WRONG item. (Photo's of the damaged piece is most helpful)
Contact me FIRST before leaving feedback with any questions or concerns about an item.
When agreed to do a return/exchange/refund, you MUST ship the item back to me before ANY refund/exchange takes place. Once I receive the item back I will issue a full refund. (not including shipping) or if you plan to exchange for another item I will send it out immediately and contact you.
*****In order for the return/exchange to be valid, I must receive the item within 2 weeks of purchase date. Return/exchange offer will expire if item does not arrive within that time period.*****

*****THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS*****

LOST ITEM:
*Take your tracking number to your local Post Office! They will be able to provide more information that can be helpful*

Any item that is lost through the shipment process is out of my control and NOT my responsibility. I hand deliver ALL packages to my local Post Office, assuring that they arrived there. From that point on it is out of my hands.

***Make sure your address is correct!*** Items may get lost due to incorrect address. Most will automatically get returned to me. If you have not received your item 2 weeks from purchase date, please send me a message. I will be happy to help in any way that I can.
If I offer a replacement item, whether it is something you pick off my shop or a remake of an item, you MUST decide within 3 days of me offering. Otherwise the offer has expired.
A refund may also be offered. (not including shipping)

TRACKING:
Your purchase automatically comes with a tracking number. Just go to your purchase history and click on the number. It will help you keep track of where your package is.

*****BUYERS REMORSE*****
(If you make an order and suddenly change your mind.)
If the item has already been shipped out, you must ship the item back to me within two weeks of receiving it before any refunds/exchanges takes place. (you are responsible for shipping fees) However, there is a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund total.
*****In order for the return/exchange to be valid, I must receive the item within 2 weeks of purchase date. Return/exchange offer will expire if item does not arrive within that time period.*****

If item has NOT shipped out yet, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Then an order cancellation and a refund will be issued.

If you are unhappy with a purchase please contact me FIRST before leaving feedback. I will be happy to help make YOU happy in any way that i can. Just contact me with your concerns and we can work something out.

*****CUSTOM ORDERS*****
If you would like something custom made for you (for example: a memorial piece made out of something you provide such as your pets tooth, claw, fur, etc.) or if something on my shop sold and you would like something similar, or possibly a different color, or something added to it, feel free to send me a message with questions and for more information. Depending on what you have in mind, and depending on what i have in stock, i would love to create something for you!

*****RESERVED ITEMS*****
If you would like to reserve an item on my shop, or a custom order, feel free to send me a message!
Reserved Listing are saved for a specific customer. If you are NOT the person names in the listing, you are NOT allowed to purchase the item. Please send me a message if you are interested in something similar.
I only reserve items for 5 days starting the day I reserve the item for you. If the order is not placed within that 5 days, the reserve will be taken down and available to all shoppers. I will, however, send a reminder email the day before. If there is no communication on your end by the day of, the reserve will be taken down.
