About Me - Lady Sarah Collections
Hello,
Well I'm Sarah, a 40 odd year, Mum to one, and Step-Mum to two. My husband is my world (and my son), he has assisted and supported me to follow my dreams and do something that makes me happy and contented.
I gave up my corporate career in February 2019 and created 'Lady Sarah Collections' a few months later. This has allowed me travel the world with my husband, spend time on myself and be creative. Home is Torquay, Devon, UK.
I have always been creative, having attended an exclusive Art College after my GCSE's. I have always made my own hair accessories, especially hair scrunchies, so I'm blessed to have been able to turn my little obsession in to a successful Etsy shop. My shop is now in the top 1% of Etsy shops globally.
I am pleased to of presented two types of scrunchies to the world- Luxury Bamboo Towelling Scrunchies and Branded Scrunchies (branded for companies). As far as I am aware no one was making these, and were purely created by myself in early 2020.
So why Scrunchies? You may remember the 90’s craze with scrunchies worn on the wrist, high ponytails created in seconds, colour/pattern coordinate with your outfits. Now fast forward 30 years, and they’re back, like most things in life, back round full circle, but this time with a sophisticated vibe about them.
The fabric generates volume to the hair tied up in a bun, a classy alternative to the unattractive doughnut contraption. Who wants dents, imbedded into their hair for days or that require a total restyle because of those tight elastic hair bands? Let alone the hair damage and the ugliness of them on your wrist. I think Lady Sarah’s hair scrunchies are the perfect solution.
As you can see from my reviews, I pride myself on presentation, I want your package to feel special when you receive it. I add little extras with every order. Everyone deserves a treat.
You may also see from my Etsy Shop I only make a few of each scrunchie, this is due to the fabric. I source material as and when - vintage markets, haberdasheries, on my travels etc.
Every order I receive feels like winning a lottery, I still get a buzz each time, and an even bigger one when I read a 5* review!

Care instructions
Most of Lady Sarah’s scrunchies are machine washable at 40 degrees. Wash with similar coloured fabrics.
Do NOT wash silk scrunchies.
Faux leather scrunchies are wipe clean.
Gift wrapping and packaging
If marked as a gift, your order will include a branded gift card. Unless a message is included, this will arrive blank for you to complete.

The display of fabric colours
Every device displays colours differently and I cannot guarantee that the colours you see on your screen matches the colour of actual fabric.
Please message me if you would like a close up screenshot of the fabric, or a more detailed coloured description.
Sizing details
The majority of our scrunchies are large- 11cm-15cm in diameter unstretched.
Smaller scrunchies measure 7cm-11cm in diameter unstretched.
Where possible a photo including a rule has been added.
Brexit- Custom fees
Due to the circumstances regarding Brexit, some countries and regions may incur customs charges.
Unfortunately this is extremely out of my control and do not hold any liability in paying customs fees.
