I really want to make my customers happy. I will gladly work with you on your orders. You will be responsible for shipping returns, and I will pay for shipping your new order. Process times still apply.

I will always give a full refund of any item if for some reason it doesnt fit or you really aren't happy with it, as long as it has not been worn out, it must be in the same condition as when you first received it when i get it back.

I will only refund the money once i have received it back in the mail and know it is safe.

You must mail it back within 3 days of receiving it to get a refund and pay for the return postage out of your pocket, also i will only refund the full amount for the item after fee's from paypal and etsy have been taken out and not the postage it originally cost to mail it to you.
I accept pay pal and credit card payments.
I will only send an item once the money has cleared.

Refunds and Exchanges

It is the buyers responsibility for payment of all Customs duty taxes and fees for their purchase. Customers are responsible for their country laws and restrictions. If the customer refuses their package because they do not want to pay customs taxes and fees, or customs refuses delivery due to restrictions, no refunds or replacement/exchange of product is granted-no exceptions. It is impossible for the seller to know the laws, taxes and fees of your country..
