That is part of what makes them so special! I know you treasure your item and will work to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you have any problems at all with a item you have ordered please get in touch and I will always do my best to help.
With the exception of custom made dolls (which are exempt from the right to cancel)

All items in my store are made with love and packaged with the utmost care and attention. But if it happens that the thing acquired disappoint you, email me and we'll solve this problem - you return me a thing, I'll give you money.

Italy accepts packages to any country.
But not all countries accept incoming international packages.
Before buying in my store, check if your post service accepts the parcels.
I disclaim any responsibility for packages that will be returned back due to the shortage of your country's border.

PAYPAL! in case of cancellation of orders, an amount equal to the paypal commission will be deducted, as a rule it is 5-6% of the total order
I ship worldwide. Shipping is based on weight.
- the buyer must provide the correct address.
- International parcels can be delivered at different times, and this depends on the country where the parcel is going.
- Most productsI ship registered trackable airmail (It can be tracked within Italien post service to custom border )
Sometimes it can be tracked in your country but it's not guarantee.
I'm not responsible for the lost international order.

If you pay much more than the Postage and Packaging costs, I will refund you.
Any Import Taxes or charges are the buyers responsibility in their country.
I always try to get my items out speedily, you will receive a shipping notification when your order has been packed ready to be sent to you.

In the worst case scenario your package will have a delay due to customs. If customs fees are levied, they have to be payed by you and I will not refund them.
Please make sure your address on Etsy matches your address on PayPal.
If these are not the same, I will ship to your Etsy- address.

After the package has left the post office of Italy, follow the movement of parcel in your country's post service by Tracking number if do you if you ordered a mailing service with tracking number.
your country can change the tracking number of incoming parcels - Australia, Britain, and Canada. .
I'm not responsible for the working post service . In the case of delivery problems , you must contact your country's postal office.
