La Fleur Artistique is available for custom orders!

All items are FRAGILE. Due to most items be one of a kind, we may or may not be able to replace any broken or damage goods after being worn. If damage is done during shipping, please e-mail us ASAP so that proper arrangements can be made.

For damages in regards to broken jumprings and earwires, we will make small repairs with costs ranging from $3-$20 dollars; depending on the material used. Please e-mail me for details.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I will gladly exchange your item with another item in stock of the same price. Please exchange item within 14 days of receiving item. We are not responsible for any shipping charges you may incur with returning items.
La Fleur Artistique accepts cash, money orders, and other popular forms of payment. Please send payments within three days of your request and notify me. After this time, without payment being sent, the item will be relisted.

All money orders and cash will have to be received and deposited before your order is shipped.

Paypal, Square and Etsy will allow you to use your checking account, debit or credit card for purchases.

Orders are normally shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is made and confirmed. Holidays, changes or additions to an order may delay the shipping process.

HOLIDAY SEASON: Some orders may take longer to process. If this is the case, you will be notified once we are aware of any inconveniences. YOUR PATIENCE IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.

When FREE SHIPPING is not available, 1st class or PRIORITY shipping methods (typically 1-3 days) are typically used depending on location. I will provide you with a tracking number and delivery confirmation can be provided through USPS. If you would like shipping to be quicker arrangements can be made at an extra cost.

All jewelry is kept best well preserved inside a jewelry box or plastic baggies. Polishing with a jewelry cloth can also bring back the life of your jewelry items after time has passed.

Yarn jewelry or crafts can be cleaned with a soft touch, mild soap and water. You want to rub in the direction of the pattern.

Children or adults should not pull, yank or rough handle jewelry. Due to the small pieces, La Fleur Artistique does not recommended jewelry for children under 7. If you would like special jewelry made for a younger child that can be arranged.
