Gorgeous painting by an extremely talented artist. Very happy to add this to my collection.

love the piece (even though it was 11x14, not 17) and was received promptly. Many thanks.

Payment
Remember to pay for your item asap so I can get it properly packaged and on its way to you. If you want to send a money order, I will send your item directly after I receive your payment in the mail. And, thanks!
Shipping
You're excited to receive it, and I'm excited to send it. I'll post it USPS within a day or two, and I will send you a message with tracking number (Delivery Confirmation). This way, we will both be sure of where your order can be found. Let me know if you want any other shipping method, and I will make an effort to accommodate it.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase, and send me a message if you have a problem with your order. I carefully package pieces to make sure everything arrives ship-shape to your door. Refunds and exchanges are possible if you let me know within a week of receipt. Pieces must be in good condition (unused), and I will normally refund your original shipping cost as well - note that you pay for the return shipping.

On a personal note, I've never returned anything I purchased on Etsy (I buy under the name "tarangela"). One item broke and I fixed it, and another didn't fit and I convo'd about how to modify it myself. I bank on this community's respect for craftspersonship and gift the items that I think would suit a loved one better than myself. You likely do the same.
Additional policies and FAQs
Can I make something for you? If you see something that's similar to what you want, or if you want me to attempt a recreation of something I've already made - I'm excited to do it. Let's chat about it, shall we?
