Shipping
I ship via US postal service. I usually send priority so you get your item faster, but the size and weight of the item may make it cost too much, in which case I will send parcel post. Tracking will be included with shipping confirmation. Only orders of $100 and over will be sent with insurance for domestic and international. If your order is under $100 and you would like to include insurance or signature confirmation, please contact me.
Refunds and Exchanges
My descriptions and photos are quite accurate, but keep in mind every computer screen shows color differently. I always list any flaws on my items. I am also very happy to answer any detailed questions about fit, color, or anything else you need to ask me. I want you to be happy with what you purchase before you buy it.
For these reasons I cannot accept returns. I expect you to receive the item you saw and read about in my listing... HOWEVER, if you are extremely unsatisfied with your purchase ONLY because it was completely different than my listing stated, I will be glad to talk to you about returning the item. This MUST happen immediately after you receive the item(s) if you wish to get your money back. For any questions, please contact me.
