Laine Benthall Jewelry Designs
Contemporary and classy handcrafted fine jewelry. Specializing in custom designs, lockets, weddings, mother and birthstone jewelry.
Ultimately, I just love to create jewelry. I have a need to express myself through my creations. My studio is flowing with new ideas and ways to express my artistic desires. Every piece is created by me from start to finish. Beginning with raw materials, and ending with a piece of jewelry that is unique and made to last a lifetime.
Even as a youngster in Indiana, I enjoyed making jewelry for myself and for my Mom. With the help of a competitive swimming scholarship, I graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2007 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Metals and Jewelry. Shortly after graduation, I moved to Honolulu, Hawaii and worked as a bench jeweler. After gaining some experience in the jewelry field, I decided to move home to Indiana and start my own jewelry business. After 5 years of hard work and perseverance, I was able to relocate back to Hawaii where I currently live and fabricate my pieces. I primarily use sterling silver and gold and I accentuate my work with precious and semi-precious stones and pearls.

After completing an education in jewelry and getting some prior experience as a bench jeweler, Laine decided to start her own business fabricating one of a kind pieces out of precious materials. She currently has her studio in Waianae, Hawaii.
