Returns and exchanges
If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, or with jewelry from my shop that they received as a gift, they may return it within 14 days of receiving it, via insured shipping, by contacting me for my return address. Upon receipt of an undamaged purchase or gift, I will refund the customer or recipient for the purchase price and taxes, or if a gift recipient, via check.
If you received my jewelry as a gift, or are not satisfied with your purchase, & would rather receive credit for the gift, towards other jewelry in my shop, please notify me within 14 days of receiving it, & I will inform you of its value, including the taxes paid on it. You can then choose other items, contact me, and we can work out how you can pay for or be refunded any difference in price between the gift you received and the items you would like to order to replace it.
If a customer's purchase was damaged when they received it, they must notify me immediately, & I will also refund them for their shipping costs via insured United States Post Office first-class mail, or the shipping method they paid for the purchase to be sent to them. I will only refund customers for their shipping costs for insured USPS first-class mail when a customer is returning damaged purchases to me. (I will not refund the cost of a customer returning damaged purchases via FedEx, UPS, etc.)
If a customer receives a purchase that is damaged, & wants me to repair it, and send it back to them, they should notify me immediately, & I will pay for shipping the repaired purchase back to them via insured USPS first-class mail, or the shipping method they originally paid for at the time of the original purchase. Payment
I must by law charge New York state residents sales tax, since I am selling out of NY.
If you cancel an order before I have shipped it, you will receive a full refund of your purchase, plus any taxes & shipping costs you paid. Call to cancel (845) 592-0273 or (917) 627-8976.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped after payment has cleared my bank account.
Only severe weather would hamper me from shipping purchases as soon as payment has cleared, & I would notify a customer if weather does not allow me to ship immediately.
Custom orders will be shipped as soon as they can be created. I will give customers an idea of when their custom orders will be shipped when they place a custom order.
I will notify customers when I have shipped their purchases, & when they should expect them to arrive.
