Returns and exchange details
La Lilouche Lingerie will allow returns or Exchange on faulty garments or incorrect size only, provided the items are returned UNWORN, un washed, in perfect condition and all original seals are attached to the product.. and we must be notified by email within 7 days of delivery.
La Lilouche do not accept returns simply for change of mind ! so please choose carefully and if you are not sure what size you are, please email us here on convo' and will happily advise you before making your order!
please note that For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchange of Briefs or Hosiery!
RETURNS:
All returns must be sent via recorded delivery in suitable packaging with all original tags and labels still attached ,Packaging must be marked clearly with ‘Returns’. Returned postage out side of India is payable by the sender, so Please ensure that all parcels are securely sealed and ONLY returned via recorded/ registered mail! as we do not accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Shipping
All items are handmade and individually wrapped with a beautiful tissue paper and a large satin bow, post card and business card.
As Most of La Lilouche Lingerie items are lovingly handmade to order they will take a little time to arrive. Orders are generally sewn and shipped between 2 weeks after an order is placed, but this wait can sometimes be shorter depending on how many are ahead of you .
please know that this is because this item is handmade especially for you.
We can ship worldwide and send your order either by regular international registered mail(takes 3-4 weeks to arrive) or Ecopost (takes 10 business days to arrive).
Please note that both requires a signature for Delivered packages.
We ship to the address you provided on Etsy and not the one on PayPal.
please note that international customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.
We do, however exclude VAT for all non Israeli purchases.
Additional policies and FAQs
La lilouche garments are to be hand washed only due to their delicate nature, so please love your lingerie and follow the care label instructions on garment. However, no refunds or exchanges will be given on items that haven’t been cared for the correct way.
-Hand wash in cool water
-Use soap or mild washing detergent
-Wash dark and light colored fabrics separately
-Hang or lay flat to dry in shade
-Do not dry in direct sunlight
-Do not bleach
-Cool iron on reverse
Silk:
Silk is very delicate & extremely sensitive to detergents so be sure to use a mild soap or something made exclusively for silk. Let the lingerie sit in warm (not hot) water for about five minutes, then rinse in cool water. Lay out a thick towel, place the lingerie on it and let it dry flat.
Since silk is so fragile here are some additional tips:
*Do not EVER wring the water out of silk!
*Never scrub silk!
*Never spot clean silk…you must clean the entire garment.
*Never spray perfume on silk!
*Never wear silk in direct sunlight because it fades very easily!
