Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Our shop accept every payment offered by Etsy: credit cards, paypal, Etsy gift cards, etc...
We don't accept direct payment: cash payment, by check or cash on delivery.
Payement has to be made WITHIN 24 hours from the placed order.
Shipping
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
The standard shipping cost in each listing is the less expensive type of shipping of Italian Post. For this reason I cannot provide you a tracking number. However I will not be responsible for lost packages or delays due to customs controls.
If you want a faster shipping please, choose shipping upgrade when you order.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
