Textile and pattern designer loves to hand make beautiful products for the home
LalliDesigns started in 1999 selling hand-painted wood and glassware products. Originally run by a single gal from a San Francisco apartment, and selling at local craft fairs, the time came to reach a broader market and stop carting heavy items from place to place.
To increase her skills and design knowledge the owner attended and graduated from the California School of Professional Fabric Design. Then the fun really started. The marriage of practical real-world product development with professional design and color knowledge led to the development of current products -boho holiday hats and accessories, ffleur-de-lys French inspired coasters, and holiday decor items which are all hand-made original designs.
Life has changed a great deal since the early days. The current dedicated studio space helps fuel the creative ideas of this wife and mother who still loves to focus on creating beautiful and functional designs. The scope has shifted slightly now that items sell in local stores and on Etsy to a wider audience.

Lisa has been creating designs on felt, cotton, glass and wood since 1999. A passionate love of design combined with real world experience developing practical, functional products is a hallmark of the company. All items are made by the designer.
Shop policies
My philosophy is to create unique items with special attention to detail and high quality materials. I am a graduate of the Textile Institute in California and have a long history of creative work dating back to the age of seven when my grandmother, a costume designer for the movies, taught me to crochet and sew. Combining professional training in surface and pattern design with that early exposure has lead to my current passion for design and painting.
