Welcome to lalunadianna shop!

Save the nature!
I try to use all of the tissues without waste and even the scraps are reused whenever possible in order to minimize wasting.
The articles will be sent using recycled packaging.

Payment

I accept only PayPal for payment: it’s fast, sure and easy!

Shipping

Items are shipped, after payment, via priority mail, in one or two days.
Please be aware that this shipping solution is not trackable. If you want to arrange a trackable and insured shipment for your purchased item, please contact me in advance, so that I can get correct informations and prices for your destination.
Items takes 1 to 2 weeks to get to most countries, but sometimes it can take longer(especially on christmas/holiday time).
I can't be held responsible for any delay or loss caused by the postal services: however I’ll do my best to solve any problem.
A proof of shipment will be sent to you by e-mail only if the shipping is trackable, not for priority mail.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns for buyers within the European Union (according to the latest EU legislation):
You can return your purchase within 14 days from the receipt of the parcel. Shipping costs will be upon you and I will refund once the item has came back.
You can print and fill in this form http://bit.ly/cancelOrder and enclose it with the item you're sending back.

Refunds:
I really want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason please contact me within 2 days from arrival and I will do all my best to solve any problem. However if it is not possible, I will ask you to ship back the item at your expenses, and I will refund the full value of the product (I cannot refund postage costs) In the case of exchange, the shipping back to me will be on you, and I will send you the new item at my expence.
