  TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH SELLER!!! COMPLETELY UNRESPONSIVE TO MESSAGES ASKING IF ITEM HAD SHIPPED YET! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR! Ordered 9/26/15 and store front page indicated that items usually ship in 2 days. Contacted seller on 10/3, 10/9 & 10/10 and never received a single response. Even after filing a complaint with Etsy & Paypal the seller never responded or marked the item shipped. Item arrived 10/24 and was shipped 10/14 per postage details. I am giving this transaction a single star because this system requires at least one when rating.

  The buyer received a full refund including shipping, as well as an apology and an explanation. She did both receive and keep the necklace. I am sorry about the delay and the trouble.
