I ship from the UK to destinations worldwide. Please see individual item listings for shipping options.

I will dispatch orders as 1st class Royal Mail packages (for the UK) or Airmail small packages (for everywhere else) within 24 hours of payment where possible and I will inform you on the day your order is dispatched. I obtain proof of postage to confirm sending your item (please note, this is not a tracked or insured method of postage, it simply offers you (and myself) the assurance that I have posted the item).

If you require a more secure postal service (ie- tracking/insurance) which is not listed in the shipping options then please contact me before making a purchase so I can adjust your shipping cost.

Although I take every care I can to make sure you receive the item as quickly as possibly I cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to orders whilst in the postal system. If any problems do occur please get in touch as I will help as much as I can to resolve them.

Please note, delivery to the US and countries outside of the UK usually takes between 6 to 10 business days. The Royal Mail do indicate in some cases this can take longer. If, in the unlikely event the item does not arrive after 3 months, I will be happy to discuss a refund.

Vintage items are sold as is. As these are second hand items of jewellery, they may not always be in their original, pristine state that you would expect from a brand new item (I think this adds to their appeal) - I try to provide very detailed photos and descriptions - but please contact me with ANY questions you may have before you buy! I will answer all inquiries as fully as I can, and will try to provide any information requested.

To ensure your item is delivered safely, I wrap it securely in layers of bubble-wrap and send it in a padded envelope.
