Hi! and welcome once again into my studio. Whether you are shopping for yourself or for someone special, I hope you have a wonderful experience. My name is Linda Munoz, I am a studio potter and the owner of this gallery.
I believe there is life inside the clay that must be brought out through each individual piece. The forms, together with the shapes, curves, lines, colors, and texture of the clay are carefully balanced to create a sense of harmony that only the viewer can experience. This is why each piece is so unique, even when it is part of a set.
* PayPal is the preferred method of payment.
* Discount coupons: please mention the reference number on your coupon for validation at the time of purchase.
Please note: all Texas sales must have 8.25% sales tax added to the total after shipping charges.
* If buying with a Lambda Pottery gift certificate, that was purchased at our studio, you must convo me before making a purchase, in order avoid confusion at checkout.
By default all items are shipped via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery within 1 business days, after payment has been received.
If you would like your item shipped some other way, please feel free to convo me with the info. I will do my best to accommodate you.
*All shipping charges are estimates, If the destination calls for a lower charge on the shipping rate, and the amount is over one dollar ($1.00), your money will be refunded. Shipping charges include insurance, It also includes a $3.00 handling fee. I make an effort to ensure that your item is well packed and protected from any type of mishandling while in transport. My intent is to minimize the chances of it breaking and us having to take the time to deal with it. You want your item when you ordered it and not three weeks later because I had to remake it... because it arrived broken.
International shipping is available by request. Please contact me if you need international shipping so I can give you a quote. All International Shipping is done via the Post Office (USPS). You will have to quotes given to you. The first quote will be for International Priority Mail, which insures your item in case something happens to it and we can keep track of it online. The second quote will be for 1st Class Mail International, this method, while it is cheaper, does not allow for any insurance and cannot be tracked online. If you choose this method, I will not be liable for any breakage, damage, or loss. All duty fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, that is you. If the package is returned to me because the buyer refused to pay the fees, I will not refund your money.
Refunds and Exchanges
All items are carefully packed and insured. If loss or damage was to occur, it is extremely important you hold on to the packaging and the damaged items. You must immediately contact the carrier and file a claim with them. Next, convo me, I will follow up on your claim. In most cases, I will be able to make you another piece just like the first one. This is the only way to get a refund.
I will not refund your money because you did not like the item after you got it or did not like the color. I work very hard to ensure that all images of the items listed in the store are carefully represented, not only on the design but in the colors. Please keep in mind that colors are slightly different from one monitor to another.
Additional Policies and FAQs
^^^^^^^CUSTOM ORDERS^^^^^^^ All custom orders are welcome. However, if your order consists of specific colors on a specific listed item or it is something I don't normally have in my store with special details, all initial discussions must be made over the phone. Internet messages lead to misunderstandings, and all we end up doing is wasting precious time by going back and forth trying to get a clear understanding of what is being agreed upon. This is time I could use to make your items. it is my desire to ensure that all my customers are getting exactly what they want and the best way to do that is to discuss it over the phone. You can either call me at 832-659-6912, or send me a message with a number where I can reach you.
Times of completion on all special orders are estimated. Depending on the complexity of the order, custom items can take three weeks or more to be completed. If there are any delays on the time of completion you will be notified in writing with an explanation for the delay and a you will be given a new estimated time of completion.
Full payment is to be made in advanced. Details to the order must be agreed upon prior to payment and no changes can be made to the order once payment has been made. All details on the agreement will be reflected on the listing created with your name. Please read the description on the listing to make sure everything is the way you want it, If any changes are necessary, you must contact me prior to making payment. Once the order has been started, there will be no refunds. I will keep you updated on the progress, but I will not send pictures except in the case that we are trying to duplicate another item that has already been made and the results I am getting are not exact. This is the only exception to the sending pictures policy.
^^^^^^^WHOLESALE ORDERS INFORMATION^^^^^^^^^^ Discounts, specials, and any seasonal sales do not apply to wholesale orders. If you are located in the Texas area and are a reseller, I will need your sales tax information to be on file. If I do not have this information, the 8.25% sales tax for the state of Texas, will be applied.
