Payment

For UK sales, I'm happy to accept payment by cheque, PayPal, or cash on collection if you're local.

International customers are most welcome, but please contact me in advance for an accurate shipping quote based on your location if your country doesn't appear on my list. International sales MUST be paid for via PayPal, please.

Paypal: Please note you do NOT need a Paypal account to complete a transaction. When you check out, click the pay by Paypal option and you will be forwarded to a secure page that gives you the option to pay using your debit or credit card.

Shipping

UK postage will be Royal Mail 2nd Class, and a postage discount will of course be given for multiple purchases (in most cases, additional items can be sent in the same package at no extra charge). In order to reduce our carbon footprint, recycled packaging materials will be used wherever possible.

International customers are most welcome and the quoted postage rates offer a guide to the likely cost, but please contact me in advance for an accurate shipping quote based on your location if your country doesn't appear on my list.

International customers: Please note that Lamb's Wool Wares will not be held responsible for any taxes or customs charges that may be incurred.
Your purchase will be posted as soon as payment is confirmed. However, please note that unexpected delays in customs can sometimes mean that items take longer than expected to arrive. If you need an item for a specific date, please bear this in mind and order in plenty of time (up to 3-4 weeks before to be sure) as Lamb's Wool Wares will not refund for items that arrive late.
