WHEN IS MY PAYMENT DUE?
Payment is due at the time your order is placed. If your payment is not received your order will be cancelled and the item will be reposted.
DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?
Alabama residents will pay an 8% sales tax.
Each item is carefully packed using standard industry methods such as bubble wrap, packing paper, and packing peanuts. Larger items will be double boxed. The item you have purchased is incredibly important to me and I take great care in packaging it. Complimentary gift wrap is available upon request.
WHERE DO THE SHIPPING COST COME FROM?
Shipping pottery properly can get expensive especially for larger pieces. It takes multiple materials and layers to ensure that your piece arrives safely. I take great care in providing you with the most reliable and affordable shipping methods available.
WHAT CARRIER DO YOU USE?
I typically use UPS, but will occasionally use other carriers.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Items ship within two weeks of the receipt of your payment. I use UPS ground which has a commitment of 1-5 days. Expedited shipping is available upon request once the item is complete. Once I have shipped the item you will receive a message with a tracking number. Once the item is with is the care of the carrier I am not responsible for lost or stolen items, but will do everything possible to ensure the receipt of your item.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer international shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for some reason your piece arrives damaged I will replace the item. Please let me know of the damage within 48hrs.
I do not refund purchases for no reason. I make a great effort to accurately represent my work so that you know exactly what you are getting.
I do not offer refunds for custom pieces. During the custom process you will receive updates and images of the work so that you will know exactly what you are getting.
