HOW DO I RECEIVE A REFUND?
In order to receive a refund for an order still in its original condition, please contact us at orders[at]lanakole[dot]com within 10 business days of receiving your order. Once we understand the problem, we can make arrangements for you to ship items back to us. Items must be returned in their original condition and wrapping within 10 business days of receiving your order.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept various payment forms. We accept PayPal, credit cards (i.e VIsa, MasterCard, America Express, Discover), money orders and personal checks. We also accept Etsy gift cards. If you pay via a check and money order, your items will ship when payment clears. 



DO I HAVE TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PAY WITH MY BANK/CREDIT CARD? 

You can pay with a credit card without the need to have a PayPal account. Although Etsy uses PayPal to securely process credit card payments, if you don’t have a PayPal account, during checkout simply click "Pay," then click on the "Don't Have a PayPal Account?" link to go to the credit card processing page.

We ship worldwide!

WHAT SHOULD I KNOW ABOUT YOUR PRINTS?:
We professionally print our artwork and carefully package all orders right here in our Baltimore, Maryland studio. Each print is made to order and inspected for color accuracy and image quality and are never mass-produced. Packaged in a clear, resealable art bag, each print is protected from water, finger prints and dust. We ship smaller prints flat in a flat rigid mailer and carefully roll larger prints in a rigid mail tube.

WHAT CARRIER DO YOU USE?
We ship 1st Class via USPS for domestic and international orders. We always ship to the address left during checkout so please ensure that your address and email are correct.

WHEN DO ORDERS SHIP?
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. An email with tracking information will be sent to you once your order has been processed and shipped. You can contact us at orders[at]lanakole[dot]com if you have any questions about your order.

WHAT ARE THE USUAL SHIPPING TIMES?
Domestic orders usually arrive within 1-3 business days while International orders usually arrive within 5-7 business days. If you need faster shipping, please contact us at lana[at]lanakole[dot]com and we can make arrangements to upgrade your shipping.
