Welcome to Landisworks! I want you to love my paintings, prints, greeting cards, and jewelry as much as I do. My art is very important to me and having store policies to enforce their worth is a primary goal. I spend most of my time making art. Selling art is always a challenge. First, I want each customer to like it and decide to buy it. Second, I want the buying experience to be easy for both of us. Third, I want you to receive your purchased product as soon as possible. And fourth, I want to guarantee my products so that if you are not satisfied, you can be refunded your money once the item has been returned. Hopefully, that won't happen. I try my best to describe my work as thoroughly as possible and provide a "true" photographic representation of each piece. Thank you for checking out my "Landisworks" shop at Etsy!

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
Refunds are available for all items damaged during shipping, items that are found to be defective, or items you feel were not adequately portrayed. However, I do not refund shipping and insurance fees. You will be refunded only the costs of the item returned.

Original Paintings may be kept for a period of thirty (30) days to guarantee that they are appreciated, what you expected, and fitting to your environment. You must email me at landis [!at] landisworks.com to request a paintings return prior to the 31st day of the original date of the painting's sale. Paintings can not be returned after thirty days. Again, you will be reimbursed for the actual painting fee and not the shipping and handling fees, insurance, and delivery confirmation fees.

Returned paintings must be in the original packaging materials and boxes and/or crates and must be re-insured for their valued amount. You are responsible for these costs. Returned paintings that are damaged or not in the original packaging will not be refunded. Please take care in the return shipping process so that you can get your original sale fee returned. Your purchase fee will be credited to your credit card once the painting is received back at Landisworks Studios and is deemed unharmed by me. Remember, returned paintings with damages from shipping will not be refunded. You will be responsible for the loss.
Payment
Methods of payment are PayPal, Mastercard, and Visa. You will be required to provide your full name used on each card or account, credit card number, expiration date, security number, billing address, and shipping address. If you choose to provide your acknowledgment of your purchase request. Your private information is important to me and I have safeguards to ensure that your privacy is kept. Your private information will not be used for any other purpose.

Payments must be made within 24 hours of the point of sale. All requests that are not met within 24 hours will be terminated. I do not accept cancellations once a sale is in progress, however, if you receive the art piece and are not satisfied, it can be returned at your expense. Your credit card will be credited for the returned item. The original shipping fee will not be reimbursed. You are responsible for all shipping fees. If you live in Arizona, there will be a State Sales Tax Fee included on your statement.
Shipping
I ship all jewelry via USPS for a standard fee of $4.95. There is no secondary fee for additional items. Items are typically mailed within 24 hours of receipt of payment. (However, should the studio be closed {vacations, illness, etc}, you will receive an email stating such and a potential shipping date). It typically takes from 7-10 business days. Should you request Priority Mail, the fee is $9.95. To make requests for upgrades you may contact me via Etsy "Conversations".

Each piece of jewelry comes in a sheer fabric gift bag and is packaged in a bubble wrapped manila envelope. I do not insure my jewelry, however, I make sure that the packaging is adequate to prevent damage to the enclosed items.

My Prints, Greeting Cards, and Original Paintings are shipped by UPS. Standard rates apply. Contact me via Etsy "Conversations" for these rates.

All are wrapped in bubble wrap and boxed for typical mailing. Very large paintings may require crating and additional shipping fees paid by the buyer at the time of the sale. Prints, Greeting Cards, and Paintings are always insured for damages. Insurance rates are dependent on the value of contents, size, and weight. The buyer is responsible for all insurance and delivery confirmation fees.
Additional policies and FAQs
Prints and Greeting Cards are available for wholesale orders. Wholesale Prints and Greeting Cards are sold in batches of 5, 10, 20, & 50 Wholesale prices are listed on the main sale pages. I encourage wholesalers to take advantage of my hand printed Giclee' Prints on quality watercolor paper. Prints and cards are printed by a third-party. All Greeting Cards have accompanying envelopes included in the pricing structure.
