Returns and exchanges
All sales are final. There are no refunds unless we made a mistake in the listing or the item was misrepresented. Please convo us to work something out if you are not happy with your purchase before leaving negative feedback. We are happy to work with you.
Payment
We accept Paypal, checks and money orders. For checks and money orders we have to wait for your check/money order to clear before we can ship your item. This process might take 1-2 weeks, not including shipping time.

If we do not receive payment (or communication) within 24 hours your item may be subject to re-listing and purchase canceled by us.
Shipping
Domestic shipping is sent via USPS Priority Mail which takes about 2-3 days. Smaller items like belts and jewelry will be sent First Class Mail (for better value) which takes about 3-6 days. Priority Mail includes free delivery confirmation. If you would like insurance on your package please let us know in advance. Insurance costs $1.65 for up to $50.00 in coverage.

For International shipping we use First Class Mail (for better value) and takes about 8-10 days depending on your location.

To save us time and trips to the post office we only ship on Saturdays once a week. Please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping.
Additional policies and FAQs
Garments have not been washed unless they are foul smelling or dirty. We steam clean most of the items.

Sizing Info: All clothing items are measured flat. For shoes we list the size plus what we think the actual size is compared to the marked size.

Bust: Underarm seam to underarm seam.
Sleeve: Shoulder seam to cuff.
Inseam: Inner seam to hem.

Please note that we do not reserve clothing except for special circumstances.
