Hello and welcome to DDaltonLaneDesigns...a place for clothing and accessories for kids and mama's! Most of my designs have been born out of necessity, and I am constantly coming up with a “need” for more stuff! I love custom orders and If you ever have questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Payment
I accept Paypal and now credit cards! I will cancel an unpaid order after 5 days.
Shipping
I ship USPS first class which generally takes 3 to 5 days domestically. I will upgrade to priority flat rate shipping if requested prior to ordering. I typically ship as soon as your item is ready and payment has been accepted, and this could take 3 to 5 days normally, or 7 to 10 during peak ordering periods (Christmas, etc). Contact me about shipping options, insurance, and tracking. I will ship worldwide upon request.
Refunds and Exchanges
If your item does not match its description, or you are not satisfied with it, please convo me...I really want to make you happy! I offer full refunds, less the cost of shipping, on everything except personalized (monogrammed) items. The item must be in original condition unless it was received damaged or defective. I will only issue a refund on an item not received when I'm reasonably certain that it has truly been lost in the mail. Typically I give it a couple of weeks, more if it is international. I will only issue a refund on an item not received by a certain date if that date was requested in advance of purchase, and there was not a shipping error involved.
