5/15/20 - We have had to suspend syrup production until at least 2022.
Grade 'A' Medium Maple syrup from Pennsylvania which has been aged in used whiskey and brandy barrels. The barrels come from Catoctin Creek Distilling company and A. Smith Bowman Distilling in Virginia. That's all there is to it, but it. Is. Delicious.

5 out of 5 starsThe most unique chili product I have had. The heat is unique and playful. It builds on you and goes well with the flavor. the flavor is complex. Smoky, savory, and a hint of sweet. Add a touch of sea salt and it really brings out the flavor.
