5 out of 5 starsTo start off, the time frame of responding to my direct messages was so swift! In a matter of a day a rough draft was sent to me. Before the cup was sent, I was given pictures of what the finished product looked like. My dad loves his cup and said, “ it’s too nice looking to drink from!” Thank you!!

1 out of 5 starsThis did not come out the way we would hav expected it does not look good w the cracks and the bottom isn’t even centered. There are also finger prints in the clear coating and the maker refuses to refund me because it’s a personalized item with a name, but in her return policy is says defective items or damages and this is clearly not what I wanted. Very disappointed and down a Christmas gift now.

5 out of 5 starsPictures do not do Nicole's talent any justice!!! I absolutely loved these cups and I was sooo excited to give them to the girls .. who by the way loved them as much as I did!! In fact the cups have been the talk of the office all day!!! Even with how late I ordered the cups, Nicole still promised it before Christmas which she made it happen!!! I am jealous I didn't order myself one!!! Nicole with definitely be my go to girl from here in out!!!
