I love the creative flow that I receive when someone asks for something and I can fulfill what they need. I love to be challenged, and have made many internet friends by providing great fun one of a kind items for people in four countries and 41 our of the 50 states! I started by covering one of my then toddler daughter's stainded shirts with a horse head, and in three years I have grown to selling several shirts a m onth. I like that I have remained a small shop, one that offers alot of personalization. I can boast that my items always ship with in a week and often ship off next day! If you look at my feedback you will see how happy the customers have been not only with my items, but with my service.

Returns and exchanges
If you just dont like your item you can return it, unworn, and I will refund your purchase money, just not the shipping. If I made a mistake, I will do everything in my power to make it right. If you cancel and order before it ships I will happily refund your money in its entirity.
Payment
I accept paypal. I have worked with people with checks before, However I will not ship until the payment clears, I am sorry, but I have been burned with that.

I usually do not start work on a shirt until the payment has cleared, people change their mind on color, the shirt it self, or then decide not to buy. I am ok with that, I am a mom of two, and there have been times that I was intent on purchasing something, then found out that money was needed at the school, or a dr. bill came in, and I had to cancel.
Shipping
I ship as fast as possible. I use shirts that I find everywhere, mostly on sale so I can keep my shirt prices as low as possible. If I have the size and color you need in stock, then I can ship out next day or in two days, if I need to hunt for the right color and size, I will let you know by convo. I ship priority, but if you wish for faster service (sometimes those birthdays or holidays slip up on us) I will ship overnight, but you will have to pay the shipping difference.
Additional policies and FAQs
My work is home made and hand made, I do not use embroidery machines, I try to show close up shots so you can see that the stitches are not always even, this to me leads to the charm of the shirt. I like the clothes that you can tell are hand done, and I have stuck with that.

Wholesale: If you would like to make a multiple shirt order, please convo first, I will give you a price and a shipping break. I have done 7 shirts for a grandma, and 10 for a little boutique shop, and I know that the price break does help.
