5 out of 5 starsI didn’t receive my yarn, think was stolen or lost on its way and I’m really sad for this because it was a super pretty yarn (dark blue with sparkles). This happened even when the seller provided me a tracking number and I paid the extra cost for this. It was a shame. The seller issued a full refund so sadly it’s ok. The seller is a kind and honest person, you can trust on her always. Many thanks anyway :(

Orders are shipped via Finnish postal system (single skeins to European countries) or via DHL Global Mail (everything else).
Estimated delivery time for European countries is approximately one week and for the rest of the world approximately two weeks. Sometimes mail can be delayed due national holidays, custom hassles etc. If you haven't received your order in 3 weeks (non-EU customers) or in 2 weeks (EU-customers), please contact me.
Dyed to order items are shipped within 5-7 business days. If you order both in stock and dyed to order items I will ship everything together unless otherwise requested (extra shipping costs may apply).
