The laynard is absolutely beautiful. I have received many compliments on it. I had for adjustment to be made, and she accommodated my request without difficulty. Shipping was good. I received my laynard even with the special request within days. I will purchase from her again.

I love this lanyard. It arrived in perfect condition and very fast delivery. I bought a similar lanyard last year from this same shop and loved wearing. At the end of the year we have to turn in our keys. I turned in the lanyard with the keys which was a mistake. When I got my keys back , the lanyard was broken. My guess is that it was caught in a file drawer. I immediately ordered a new one!!!! I am very happy with the lanyard and the shop owner. Would highly recommend.

No international shipping at this time since I've had a few unfortunate experiences with packages lost in transit

An item that arrives damaged will be refunded/exchanged.
I package my items carefully, wrapped in bubble wrap and for added protection, inside a bubble wrap envelope
