I received the acai seed Terra style statement necklace and love it. The style and workmanship are very good. I tend to wear cotton clothing and these necklaces really compliment my outfits. I also appreciate the good customer service and quick delivery. Thank you.

About

How We Began

Colleen Graneto, founder of La Pucara, met Olga Lucia Moran and Cesar Yamberla at an indigenous market in Otavalo, Ecuador back in 2009, and that's where it all began! After this initial meeting, Colleen, who was living in Quito, Ecuador at the time, developed a relationship with the artisans over the following 2 years, getting to know the family, learning about their life struggles, and experiencing many different aspects of their traditional culture. After getting hands on experience with the traditional artisanal craft of creating the beautiful materials from the natural seeds sustainably harvested from the Ecuadorian rainforest, Colleen decided to work with Olga & Cesar to create La Pucara's jewelry! Our shop, La Pucara Collections, was then established to connect the fashionable women who wear our jewelry to our designer, workshop, and artisans, to share the beauty of the rainforest and Andes mountains, and to provide inspiration for a better, more fair world! We hope you enjoy wearing our jewelry and helping us to support the change it creates!
