I try to ship next day if I have time, but I almost always ship within three days of cleared payment.
Domestic orders are sent via USPS First Class mail. If you need to upgrade your shipping to Priority, Express or if you need any extras, please contact me BEFORE you check out so I can include the upgraded cost in your original payment.
International orders are sent via USPS First Class mail, which generally takes 10–14 days (but can take up to 30). For quicker shipment, you can upgrade to USPS Priority 6-10 business days, which is NOT guaranteed, does not come with tracking, and does not come with insurance. If you need your item to be guaranteed by a certain date, or you would like a tracking number or insurance, you will need to upgrade to USPS Priority 3-5 business days (insurance for the entire order will be an additional cost, but this is the only shipping method where insurance is even an option). If the cost of an upgrade you would like is not a set option when checking out, that is because I need you to contact me before checkout for a custom quote. NOTE that USPS Priority 3-5 business days can only make guaranteed shipment dates to certain countries.
International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, and duties.

No refunds or exchanges for improper fit, as I take extra time in measuring all items. The size estimations (xxs-xl) I include in my descriptions are just that, estimations, so always compare the measurements I provide with the measurements of a similar item you already own before purchase.
Also please remember that all items are vintage, which means they have been previously owned and loved. Expect minor imperfections as they come naturally with time and wear.
I will mention every flaw I see in the item description, but if something small is missed, please be understanding.
No refunds for color disparities. Please understand that the color display on each computer varies.
REMEMBER: If you need to find out more about an item before purchase, I will ALWAYS be willing to provide extra photos, measurements and clarifications on the item's condition/flaws. Please err on the side of caution BEFORE purchase by asking me (since returns are not accepted)!
I will only give a refund if an item was grossly misrepresented in the description.
If a return has been approved, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs (in every case). I recommend sending your package back with insurance and am not responsible for packages lost in the mail.

I can reserve items for up to 3 days. If you want to place an item on reserve, please tell me the date you wish to reserve it till, and I will place it under reserve until midnight (PST) that day.
None of the accessories pictured with the clothing come with the outfit unless otherwise stated in the listing. If you are interested in the accessories and they do not have their own listing, please contact me to see if we can work something out.
Here's how I arrive at a garment's measurements (all items laying flat):
Shoulder — shoulder seam to shoulder seam, taken from front
Sleeve — shoulder seam to end of cuff
Bust — armpit to armpit taken from front
Waist — seam to seam at narrowest point of garment
Hip — seam to seam at widest point of garment
Length — from top of shoulder seam to hem, taken from front
Length — Measured outside bottom of shoes toe to heel
Width — Measured outside across widest part of ball of the foot
Heel — Top of heel to bottom of heel
Size — provided by shoe manufacturer (unless unmarked, then estimated by me)
Item conditions are graded as following for clothing:
New — Deadstock, comes with tags
Excellent — Almost new, very minor flaws, almost perfect.
Great — Shows minor wear, plus noted flaws in description.
Good/Fair —Noted flaws, may include fading or other flaws, still wearable
Poor — Not wearable, can be used as scraps or for repurposing
