All knitting patterns are automatic downloads of DIGITAL FILES. You will not receive a physical copy of the pattern or a physical item.
To download your pattern, go to your purchases and you will be able to download the .PDF file right from your receipt.
All patterns are property of Lark + Laurel and may not be resold or redistributed. Physical items made from these patterns MAY be resold with pattern credit given to Lark + Laurel.

I’m sorry you’re disappointed. My listing does state that this pattern teaches you how to duplicate stitch, as that is how the heart is created. I have updated the listing to more prominently inform potential buyers that this pattern is not for an intarsia heart.

I apologize for any confusion as to what the pattern is. The listing description does state that the pattern has step-by-step instructions on how to duplicate stitch, as that is how the heart is created.

Custom and personalized orders
I do not currently accept custom orders!
Care instructions
Spot clean bows only, do not bleach! Our bows are all made from 100% cotton fabric. Do not machine wash or submerge in water. Bows can be ironed on high heat to keep them looking crisp and wrinkle free!
Gift wrapping and packaging
If you're purchasing a gift that will be shipped directly to the recipient, please leave me a note at checkout letting me know and include a short message you would like printed on a card to be sent along with the order!
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of my items, I do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons. However, please do contact me if there are any problems with your order! I will do everything I can to remedy the situation if possible!
In cases of damaged items, photographic proof will be required of both the item and the packaging. This is to confirm the item is damaged and so that I can file a claim with the post office if it was damaged in transit. Without photos, I cannot file a claim and will not be able to issue a refund for you.
Refunds will only be issued once items have been returned to me.
