Cute Animals Fighting Each Other

In 2008, I started a craft group that would meet monthly and pick a material that we had never worked with and teach ourselves how to use it. One craft night we picked resin and I fell in love. We made scrabble tile necklaces with magazines. It was fun, but I hated sticking to such a defined size and using other people's artwork....so with some experimentation I figured out how to work with clay, resin, and my own hand drawn images to create pendants.

Shortly after I started selling at local craft shows. At one show I overheard a group of guys saying "there's never anything for men at these shows." After hearing that I expanded my product line to include belt buckles and cufflinks; they were a hit. My product line eventually expanded to prints, t-shirts, and now DIY kits based off of my illustrations.

In October of 2012 I opened a brick and mortar shop in Pike Place Market called Ugly Baby and La Ru with Rosalie Gale (Ugly Baby). The shop was only 300 sq ft. After five years we out grew the space and I decided to open a new shop called Robot vs Sloth, still located in the Pike Place Market (1535 1st Ave, on the corner of 1st and Pine). Robot vs Sloth carries my artwork along with a curated selection of Seattle artists.

Returns and exchanges
Refunds are not available for custom orders. Shirts can be exchanged for a different size within 15 days of receiving the shirt. Please contact me if you need to exchange the shirt, shipping charges apply.

I will happily accept payment through PayPal and credit cards.

For custom orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before I can start your custom order. The remaining 50% +shipping will be due when the item is complete.

SHIPPING ADDRESS:
Please make sure your shipping address is correct for both Etsy and Paypal (if applicable). La Ru is not responsible for errors when multiple/incorrect addresses are given.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE US:
I ship from Seattle, WA (USA) using USPS. I use delivery confirmation within the US. Items typically ship within 1-3 business days of purchase, but can take up to 7 days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Items typically ship within 1-3 business days of purchase, but can take up to 7 days.
To save you money, items are shipped First Class USPS (unless stated otherwise in the item listing) which does not allow for package tracking and can take up to a few weeks to deliver depending on the country. If would like to track your package, have delivery confirmation, or faster delivery please contact me and I would be happy to change your shipping type and can send you an invoice for the price difference.

IF YOU LIVE IN SEATTLE:
If you live in Seattle and would like to save on shipping you are more than welcome to pick up your order at my shop Ugly Baby and La Ru located in the Pike Place Market (1430 Western Ave). Please message me before you submit your payment so I can remove the shipping charges and schedule a pick up time.

LOOKING FOR YOUR PACKAGE?:
If you live in apartment complex or college dorm and do not receive your package, please speak to the apartment managers, dorm mail room people, or neighbors, then feel free to contact me.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS:
If you would prefer your package to be shipped via FedEx or with special handling (i.e. signature confirmation), let me know before paying and I will bill you with the shipping changes applied.

If an item is damaged during shipping, please send contact me immediately.

Need a longer chain? I will happily change out the chain for you for additional charge of $5 for 18"-22". Please message me that you need a longer chain and I will send you an invoice for the change.
