Leticia was very quick to respond to convos and always very helpful whenever I had questions. This overseas transaction included an exchange, which, despite a hitch due to miscommunication, Leticia handled wonderfully and professionally. As far as sizes go, I decided to round down but eventually exchanged M for L. The L is actually still very tight around the waist, though I sit smack in the middle of the measurement range. The dress itself is exquisite. Thanks so much!

Beautiful dress! As you said, it is a bit large around the chest but the rest is perfect. I'll just need to make a few adjustments and the dress will fit me like a glove! Thanks!

Payment
Worldwide customers can pay with PayPal. Please make sure to follow the link to PayPal to complete your transaction.

If you do not have a PayPal account, it is still possible to pay with a credit card. Just choose the option 'PayPal' and then follow the 'pay by credit card' link. Although payments are processed with PayPal you do NOT need a paypal account. When you are directed to the payment page simply select the 'dont have paypal account' option

Per Etsy policies, payments are to be received within 3 [three] days of purchase.

Please be aware that any customs duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Shipping is made on confirmation or receipt of payment.

If an order has not been paid for in 3 days, the transaction will be cancelled and re-listed.
Shipping
I SHIP WORLDWIDE via COTEL Panama.

Shipping takes around 2 to 6 weeks to US [but always depends on CUSTOMS] and 2 to 4 weeks to Europe.

For Express Shipping to US & EU, the cost is around $35 and it takes 3 to 5 days [depending on your customs]. If you want to upgrade to Express, send me a convo before placing your order.

Also, please note that I always ship to the ETSY address [unless previously notified], If you want me to ship your items to another address, let me know in the [NOTES TO SELLER], during payment/checkout.

Sorry for the higher postage rate. But this is the only way trackable which is required by Paypal for sellers to be covered under seller's protection for all transactions.

I ship my products, upon receipt of payment, in a padded envelope or small recycled mail boxes [to keep the weight and costs down], but this may vary depending on your order.

Each item is securely wrapped to ensure safety during transit.

Orders are shipped within 3 [three] working days of payment, but usually within one day, as the post office is just around the corner!

*** As soon as possible I would send you a confirmation email with your tracking ID number, so you can check the postal process on the internet. The customer is responsible for any customs duties, fees or tax.

Within Panama and Latin America shipping usually takes between five and ten working days, depending on the country. Outside Panama, will depend on your country custom department [IT MAY take from three weeks to ten weeks!]

Shipping charges are set according to weight. I round off to the lowest denominator, and the price will fluctuate with time, given the fluctuating exchange rates, but I keep on top of that. My shipping fees are not inflated or puffed. I always ship to the advantage of the customer.

Refunds and Exchanges
I want my customers to be satisfied. I am communicative, and will happily respond to any convo from my clients.

If for any reason you should wish to return your purchase, you may recieve a full refund for STORE CREDIT, provided that the item has been returned to Miami, USA via registered mail [with tracking number], unused and in the condition it was sent, within 10 [ten] days of receipt. Once the returned item has been recieved, I will refund you for the full price of the item in STORE CREDIT, minus shipping and handling fees.

Additional policies and FAQs
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

I suggest that for all my luxury silk garments & leather accessories, La Rue Bohème items should be Dry Clean, this way, it will last you a very long time and will look as good as new for longer, just remember that all of my pieces are fully HANDMADE and most of them are highly embroidered
[some extra care is well worth for your OOAK piece ❤]

It's best to avoid putting your garments in the washing machine/dry machine . If you must put your garments in the machine, I suggest you put it in a special washing bag to minimize any damage to the fabric.

HOW TO MAINTAIN your La Rue Bohème's leather goods:

- Apply protecting products just after purchasing and three to four times a year thereafter as needed.

- Keep your leather moist with a high quality leather lotion.

- Do not use any cleaning products on any leather that is not made specifically for leather.

When wearing or carrying leather, do not spray perfumes, hair spray, body sprays, or any other harmful products near your leather product, it will damage it and stain it from the harsh ingredients. Your leather product may be cleaned by simply wiping with a clean, damp cloth. Do not use soap or any chemical products. If there are stains that are too tough to get out, consult a professional leather cleaner.

Leather must be stored in a breathable container such as a dust bag. Do not store your leather in plastic. This may cause your leather to dry out. Store in a well-ventilated, cool, dry place and keep away for excessive heat or dampness such as attics and basements. This may cause your leather to crack from the heat or to mold from the dampness. By using some of the methods mentioned above may keep your leather looking great for many years to come.

Here are some tips on how to treat and clean your leather products.

- Using soft white damp cloth, wipe down your leather handbag softly

- Use leather cleaner after you wipe with clothe. If you feel satisfied then treat it with a conditioner to restore its luster and replace the leather's natural oils.

- Always test leather cleaner to on an inconspicuous area of your leather hand bag before using.

- If the leather has become discolored, there are available leather sprays that can restore color to the handbag. Simply match the color as close as possible to the original.

- Don't try cleaners, solvents and other usually normal cleaning solutions on leather. It is by nature a very porous material and often cannot be completely restored.
