If an item is damaged during the shipping process, please contact me immediately with details of what has happened with your item during the shipping process. Sending images of damaged product is encouraged.

Custom orders are non-refundable.

All items are shipped via USPS first class mail or priority mail.
if you are interested in upgrading your shipping speed to receive your items faster, or would like to purchase insurance for your items, please contact me so i can adjust the shipping costs for you

All purchased items will be shipped to the address provided by etsy upon purchase, if you wish to have your items sent to a different address, please contact me within the same day of purchase so I can arrange this for you. I cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses provided through paypal or etsy.

If you are an international customer and would like to purchase an item that does not have shipping options for you, feel free to contact me with the item you wish to purchase so I may add an international shipping option.

If an item is undeliverable and is returned to me, I will contact you and will resend the package after I receive shipping costs to re-send the package.

Once shipped, I cannot be held responsible for late packages

If you need your item by a specific date, please notify me during payment so I may make adjustments. If you need the items sooner than I normally execute an order, a rush fee will apply to your order.
