Frequently asked questions

Packaging & Safety

99% of the time, all of our acrylic products will be dispatched with a protective backing on one side. You will need to remove this to reveal the full beauty of the item itself.

Custom and personalised orders

We do offer a custom service where we can design and make a product to your specification - please message us for further information.

Care instructions

Certain acrylic colours get greased up and/or dirty pretty quickly, getting covered in an endless pattern of fingerprints.
However - you'll be happy to know cleaning acrylic is a breeze.
All you need is some Isopropyl Alcohol (Rubbing/medical alcohol) and a soft, lint-free cloth - do not use paper as this may cause fine scratches.
Apply a couple of drops of IPA to the cloth and gently buff grease and dirt off the product, then gently wipe dry.

Alternatively, you can use lens/glasses wipes for similar results.
