Returns and exchanges
If there is an error in your personalization that is my fault, I will gladly replace it for you as soon as possible. If the error is due to faulty information given by you, you'll need to purchase a replacement if you want the error corrected. In the unlikely event that your ornament breaks during shipping, just send me proof in the form of a photo and I will gladly replace it (after venting my frustration with post office to anyone who will listen).
**Etsy no longer shows customers how much it costs to ship additional items so in order to see the price difference, you will need to add the items to your cart. Please note that I do provide for combined shipping and if your shipping charges are above actual cost to me, I will send you a refund when I ship your order.
I will make every attempt to ship your items within the time frame specified in the listing, however, some custom orders may take longer to produce, but I will notify you if that is the case. If you need it rushed, please contact me in advance to see if that is possible.
1. 2020 ORDER DEADLINES:
A. USA orders: Place order by Dec. 15th. I will accept orders after the 15th, but can't guarantee Christmas delivery after that point.
B. Canadian orders: Place order no later than November 30th so I can ship by Dec. 5th. (please note - this is USPS guideline for deadline but actual shipping can sometimes take longer - so please SHOP EARLY Canada!)
2. BREAKAGE: Insurance is automatically included on all ornaments orders. In the unlikely event that your ornament breaks during shipping, just send me proof in the form of a photo and I will gladly replace it.
3. LOST: If your ornament does not arrive but is confirmed delivered, I will ask that you check with your local carrier to find out where the heck they left it. (yes, your carrier does make mistakes... does leave packages with neighbors... does return a package to the Post Office when they don't want to leave it on your porch in the rain, etc... so please check with them first). Refunds or exchanges will NOT be given for items confirmed delivered.
4. CANADA: I do ship to Canada (our friends to the north). But, please shop early as packages can take up to 6 weeks to arrive. I do not rush ship to Canada. Please note that in the event that your package goes missing, I will, in most cases, offer to provide a replacement after 6 weeks - this is because often the issue is that the package gets stuck in customs and eventually will show up. No refunds will be given for missing packages.
