5 out of 5 starsThe best review one can make is stating that the quality, service or both were so darn perfect that every chance we get, we will return for more. That is my review. I will be ordering more the moment I finish this review. I used this wood to laser cut affirmations that I randomly give to family and friends. To say this cedar was without flaws is accurate. It smelled good, looked good and cut well. I needed to increase the settings a little bit, but worked like a charm. Thank you.

Frequently asked questions
What happens if my order is delayed?
We attempt to ship all orders within 24 hours. Once it is in the hands of the USPS, we can no longer guarantee delivery times. We will monitor its progress and assist in tracking down all late packages.
What happens if my package is lost in the mail?
If you package does not arrive, we will file a claim for you with the USPS. Once the claim has been approved by the USPS, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement package, whichever the customer prefers.
Lost claims cannot be filed with the USPS until 15 days after the USPS takes possession of the item.
Custom sizes
We can make custom sizes/cuts up to 4 x 8 feet on most of our products.
Please message us with any questions on custom sizes (price quotes, shipping, etc).
Keep in mind that shipping can get really expensive for large items. We will always charge the exact shipping amount and never profit from the shipping charges.
